How cancellations, trials and refunds work for the paid plans of Cooking Daddy, Ohara, Can I See The Music, Show Me The Money and All-Access.

Cancel anytime
Cancel from your account page in one click (it opens the Stripe customer portal). Your plan stops renewing, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Free trials
Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. You get a reminder email three days before the first charge.
Monthly plans
Monthly charges aren't refunded for partly used months, but cancelling stops all future charges. If you were charged in error, or forgot to cancel and haven't used the app since the renewal, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within [7] days and I'll refund it.
Yearly plans
Ask within [14] days of a yearly charge (the first one or a renewal) and you get a full refund. After that, the plan runs to the end of the year without renewing.
If something goes wrong on my side
If an app is unavailable for a long stretch, or I retire a paid app, I'll refund the unused part of your period.
Your legal rights
If you live in the EU, the UK or another place with a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
How refunds are paid
