Accounts

You need an account to subscribe; demos and Neuro Compass need none. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically every month or every year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Your card is charged at the start of each period.

Before you subscribe, the checkout page shows the price, the billing period, the trial length and how to cancel, and asks you to agree. You get a confirmation email with the same terms.

If a price changes, I'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal; you can cancel before then.

Free trials

Trials last 7 to 30 days depending on the plan (shown on the pricing page). A card is required to start one. You get an email reminder three days before the trial ends. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged; otherwise the paid plan starts automatically.

One trial per person for each app and one for All-Access. Trials have usage limits, listed on the pricing page.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your account page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Allowances and fair use

Each plan includes monthly allowances (cards, photos, research briefs, analysis minutes or tickers), listed on the pricing page. Unused allowances don't roll over. Don't try to get around limits, resell access, scrape the apps or overload them.

What the apps are not

  • Show Me The Money is for education and analysis only. It is not investment advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Past performance and model forecasts don't guarantee future results. Decide for yourself, or with a licensed adviser.
  • Cooking Daddy gives estimated nutrition, not medical or dietary advice. Check allergens on the labels of what you buy.
  • Neuro Compass is a self-reflection tool, not a diagnosis.
  • Ohara summaries and reasons are written with AI and can be wrong; read the source.
  • Can I See The Music transcriptions are approximate.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (CVs, audio, recipes and settings). You give me permission to store and process it only to run the apps for you. Upload only audio and documents you own or have the right to use. I'll remove content when I receive a valid copyright notice, at [DMCA AGENT CONTACT].

Output generated for you (cards, images, feeds) is yours to use for personal purposes.

Availability and changes

I aim to keep the apps running but can't promise they will be error-free or always available. I may change or retire features; if I retire a paid app, I'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the apps are provided "as is", and my total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid me in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. I may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], USA, without affecting the consumer protections of the country you live in.
